1. About us

The website located at https://hrhouma2.github.io/Neuryza-com (the “Site”) is operated by Neuryza Limited (“Neuryza”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We sell home goods including kitchen, living, bedroom, storage and bath products to customers worldwide. Our contact details are set out at the end of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete, and for keeping any account credentials confidential.

3. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions and materials accurately. Natural materials such as wood, stoneware and linen vary from piece to piece, and screen settings differ, so minor variations are not defects. All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an order confirmation.
• Payment is collected at the time of order through our PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Accepted methods are displayed at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• If a pricing or typographical error is discovered after you order, we will contact you to confirm at the correct price or cancel and refund the order in full.
• Your card statement will show the descriptor NEURYZA.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or delivery to a destination we do not serve. If we cancel after payment, you will be refunded in full within 10 business days.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

7. Taxes and import duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they ship by contacting us.

9. Warranty and liability

We warrant that products will be free from material defects on delivery. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Neuryza Limited and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to place fraudulent orders.

12. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We will always try to resolve any dispute amicably first; please contact us using the details below.
